Catalyst Transformations helps high-performing executives transform their health — fat loss, energy, hormones, long-term resilience — without sacrificing the careers they've built.

Here's the problem with most fitness programs: they're guessing.

Generic plans, restrictive diets, and one-size-fits-all advice ignore the one thing that actually determines results — what's happening inside your body. For busy professionals, that approach doesn't just fail, it wastes the one resource you can't get back: time.

So we built something different.

Catalyst runs a data-driven system backed by a medical team. Every client starts with a 54-marker lab panel across six categories — metabolic rate, metabolic flexibility, hormones, cardiovascular health, inflammation, and nutrient status. We don't guess what your body needs. We measure it, then build nutrition, training, and recovery around what the data actually shows.

No dogma. No carnivore-vs-vegan tribalism. No one-size-fits-all programs. Just your biology, read clearly, and a plan that fits the life you've built — travel, client dinners, packed schedules and all.

The team:
Founded by Jimmy Mackey, who rebuilt his own health from the ground up after a serious accident left him unable to walk — and decided he'd never be at the mercy of his own biology again. He works alongside a clinical nutritionist and a dedicated medical team to deliver protocols most coaches can't touch.

What clients get:

• Fat loss and body composition change that holds long-term
• Energy and focus that survive a demanding schedule
• Hormones, metabolism, and recovery optimized off real data, not guesswork
• A system that fits a high-performer's life instead of fighting it

The bottom line: you built your career with systems and data. Your health deserves the same standard.
