Along the way since 2009, we have collaborated with over 60 public and private entities, procured over $3.0B in debt and equity across 200+ transactions, have developed $250M in class A development, and are currently executing $250M in development focused on urban regeneration and suburban retrofit through public/private, HUD and conventional financing.
