Heidi Robertson

Heidi Robertson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Catalyst Inc. since October 2022, Heidi has held various leadership roles at ABB from September 2010 to the present, including Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion and multiple positions focused on talent acquisition and HR services. Prior roles at ABB AS included HR Business Partner and Pension, Insurance and Risk Management Consultant. Heidi's early career features an internship at the European Parliament. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with studies at Vesalius College, Purdue University, Universite Libre de Bruxelles, and Universite Charles de Gaulle Lille III.
