Lakethia Glenn (she/her) is a results-driven leader, strategist, and relationship manager with over 18 years of experience in community relations and philanthropy and a deep commitment to social, economic, and racial justice. She has dedicated her career to ensuring that all women and youth in underserved communities have the opportunity to realize their full potential. Lakethia has excelled in the areas of strategic planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, individual and corporate giving, capacity building, grant writing, and donor relationship management.
She has made her mark on the nonprofit and fundraising community at large, and in 2021 was named a Memphis Magazine Power Player. Lakethia is known for her quick smile and can-do attitude, which she uses to develop mutually beneficial sustaining relationships with funders and stakeholders. In addition, she is quick to share her expertise and knowledge and loves mentoring newcomers in fundraising, nonprofit management, and community service.
Prior to her time with Catalyst, Lakethia held leadership roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mid-South and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. Most recently, Lakethia served as the Executive Director of Let’s Innovate Through Education (LITE) Memphis.
