Larry O'Brien

Larry O'Brien is a seasoned leader in organizational development with extensive experience in creating and implementing leadership training programs. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at Mendoza + O'Brien Leadership Development since January 2015, O'Brien focuses on enhancing personal and leadership effectiveness through tailored training and coaching. O'Brien also works as a People and Culture Facilitator and Consultant for Catalyst Inc. and as a Senior Facilitator and Leadership Coach at Bluepoint Leadership Development. Previous roles include Director of Talent Organization at Prudential Financial, where O'Brien led core management and leadership development initiatives, and earlier positions at Robert Half Technology, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Financial demonstrate a strong foundation in talent management and performance consulting. O'Brien holds an MA in Human Resources from the University of North Florida and a BS in Finance from The College of New Jersey, along with an Associate Certified Coach designation.
