Laura Younger

Laura Younger serves as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan since January 2015, overseeing a significant organization dedicated to enhancing commerce between the United States and Japan. In addition to this role, Laura holds advisory positions at Catalyst Inc. and the McGill University Desautels Faculty of Management Japan. Laura's extensive experience with the Association for Women in Finance includes serving as President Emeritus and previously in roles such as President and Vice President. Furthermore, Laura is a founding member of the McGill MBA Japan Women's Alumni Group and has held various leadership positions within the ACCJ, contributing to operational management and member services. An educational background includes an MBA in International Management from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Toronto.
