Leela Wilson

Leela Wilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and organizational leadership within nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Catalyst Inc., Leela oversees supporter engagement and revenue generation, managing a team of 41 and a P&L responsible for $25M in operating revenue. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Community and Events at Catalyst and various leadership positions at Evanta, where Leela directed product strategy and operations. Leela's earlier career at CEB, now Gartner, spanned over a decade in roles such as Practice Vice President for Global Advisory & HR EMEA Business Unit and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. Leela holds degrees from the University of Warwick and the University of California, Berkeley.
