Shertease Wheeler

Shertease Wheeler currently serves as the Director of US Supporter Success at Catalyst Inc., where responsibilities include managing a large portfolio of supporter organizations and expanding the company’s presence in the Northeast region. Previously, Shertease held the position of Director of Corporate DEI Projects at Alignment Strategies, leading the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Event Program Manager at Seramount, where strategic DEI programs and resources were designed, as well as roles as a Producer for a web series and Events Marketing Coordinator at Springer Publishing Company. Shertease holds a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Hampton University.
