Allison Rodman

Allison Rodman is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of The Learning Loop, an international educational consulting organization, since January 2016. In addition, Rodman serves as an author, faculty member, and presenter for ASCD, and as a National Framework Specialist for The Danielson Group. As an Innovative Learning Consultant at Catalyst:Ed, Rodman focuses on enhancing educational practices. Previously, significant roles included Assistant Principal and Director of Professional Development at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School, where Rodman supervised over 36 educators and developed professional development strategies. Rodman's early career included a position as Director of Special Projects for Teach For America. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Secondary Education from the University of Richmond.
