Philippe Benoit

Philippe Benoit has extensive experience in human resources management, organizational development, and change management. Currently serving as a volunteer advisor at Catalyste+ since September 2018, Philippe Benoit has held significant roles such as interim Director of Human Resources at CHSLD du Boisé Sainte-Thérèse and as an HR advisor at CISSS de Laval. Previous positions include leading human resources and organizational development at various health and social service centers, as well as directing workforce planning and development at the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de la Montérégie. Philippe Benoit's academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources from HEC Montréal.
