Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar has a strong background in quality assurance and test consulting. Hemant started their career in 2000 as a Test Lead at Wensil, where they were responsible for planning and estimating testing efforts, client interaction, and team management. Hemant then worked at Dell as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they prepared test plans, reviewed test cases, and verified bug fixes. Hemant later joined Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd. as a Test Lead, where they continued to oversee the quality of testing and deliverables, reviewed test plans, and set up the initial framework for automation testing. Hemant then joined Net Solutions as a Test Lead, where they had a team of 11 people and was accountable for ensuring the quality of deliverables. Hemant also worked at Basware, where they served as a Lead Test Engineer and later as a Scrummaster, performing scrum master role within an agile environment, conducting test automation, and coordinating with teams abroad. Hemant Kumar has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. In 1980, they attended Lovely Public Senior Secondary School in Geeta Colony, Delhi, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 1984.

Hemant then enrolled in Lovely Public Senior Secondary School in P D Vihar, Delhi, where they pursued a degree in Science and completed their education in 1992.

In the same year, they also attended Zakir Hussian College in Delhi and obtained a degree in English.

From 1992 to 1995, Hemant studied at TULEC, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Simultaneously, they attended the University of Delhi and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from 1993 to 1995.

In 2017, Hemant attended IRCA and obtained a degree in Lead Auditing, specifically for ISO 9001:2015.

Aside from their formal education, Hemant has also acquired additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification from Edullence. In 2019, they received a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
