Nikhil Sachdeva

Nikhil Sachdeva has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent management. Nikhil started their career in 2016 at eClerx, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various levels and skills. Nikhil implemented process improvements and ensured timely availability of talent for critical roles. In 2017, they joined CatalystOne Solutions as a Human Resource Associate and quickly progressed to the role of Human Resources Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at CatalystOne Solutions, where they continue to contribute their expertise in recruitment and talent management.

Nikhil Sachdeva pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Chitkara University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Conflict Resolution Skills from the University of California, Irvine in February 2017.
