Tom Simonsen

Tom Simonsen is a senior full-stack developer, record company owner, producer, recording engineer, guitarist, and vocalist with extensive experience in both technology and music. They have served as a tech lead at CatalystOne Solutions since 2025, following a role as a senior developer at Storebrand from 2020 to 2025. Simonsen has been actively involved in various musical projects since 2003, including participation in multiple bands, where they contribute as a guitarist, vocalist, and composer. They hold a master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Oslo and have taken steps to enhance their understanding of Japanese language and culture through several proficiency courses.
