Catalysts runs mentoring programs for youth to strengthen youths confidence, networks and life choices. Catalysts offers appropriate and tailored support through a 6 month program. This program targets youth with multicultural and refugee backgrounds and connects them to a personal and trained mentor. We use best practices in mentoring, appreciative inquiry and carefully selected social impact indicators.

Catalysts is a part of the Crown Prince Couples Fund, and has been nominated for the Nordic Start up Awards for Social impact in 2019.
