Jared Ford

Jared Ford serves as the President of BTR and Multifamily at Catamount Constructors since November 2023, focusing on enhancing the company’s brand reputation and operational excellence in the national BTR and multifamily sectors. Previously, Jared led Cortland Build and Cortland Design as President from December 2022 to September 2023, overseeing construction and design projects. Jared also held the role of President of Construction and Partner at The Dinerstein Companies from August 2018 to September 2022 and was the Senior Vice President of Construction at Crescent Communities, LLC from February 2013 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Jared worked as Group Vice President at Fortune-Johnson, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from overall construction oversight to managing specific project aspects. Jared holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University, along with an Associate of Arts from Florida College.
