Michael Gonzalez

Michael Gonzalez is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Lead Superintendent at Catamount Constructors since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Superintendent at Swinerton from October 2022 to December 2023. With a strong background in high-rise and multifamily projects, Michael worked as Lead Superintendent III at Landmark Properties, Inc. overseeing a 32-story high-rise student housing project from September 2020 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes leading construction for a 311-unit garden style development at Batson-Cook Construction from November 2018 to August 2020, and serving as Project Superintendent II on a 640-unit multifamily project in Fremont, California from April 2011 to October 2018.
