Tom Redl

Tom Redl serves as the Board Chair at Surepoint Group since December 2019 and holds the position of Corporate Director at Catamount Constructors since November 2018. Previously, Tom was the Executive Chair at Chandos Construction Ltd. from January 2021 to April 2024 and served as President & CEO at Chandos Construction from 1998 to January 2021. Additionally, Tom was the Chairman of the Board at Edmonton Airports from January 2013 to December 2015. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has completed various leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the Institute of Corporate Directors, including a degree in Authentic Leadership Development and an ICD.D designation. Currently, Tom is pursuing a Master's degree in law and society, focusing on Indigenous law and governance, at the University of Victoria.
