Doug Blizzard

Doug Blizzard, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Senior Association and Human Resources Executive currently serving as the Chief Solutions Officer at Catapult, where they lead various service lines including Member Services and Strategic HR Consulting. They previously held leadership roles at CAI, including Director of CAI Solutions and Vice President of Membership, and were the HR Director at Morganite, overseeing significant personnel growth. Doug is an experienced keynote speaker, active on HR-related boards, and has a strong background in talent attraction and organizational culture. They earned an MBA from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
