Tom Sheehan

Tom Sheehan, MBA, SPHR, is a well-rounded Director of Member Services with extensive strategic experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. They served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Rite Aid from 2002 to 2010, overseeing recruitment for over 95,000 employees nationwide. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, Tom held a similar role at The Pantry, where they implemented the organization’s first Applicant Tracking System and improved compliance for tax credits. Most recently, they have worked at Catapult, providing strategic HR consultation and management services. Tom's educational background includes studies at Drexel University.
