Cathy Johns, Ed.D, currently serves as the Regional Director for the Title I ByPass Program at Catapult Learning since 2020. With extensive experience in education, Cathy was the Director of Special Education and Associate Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction at the Archdiocese of St. Louis from 2015 to 2019, where Cathy developed curriculum for 104 schools and advised on special education. Prior roles include Principal at Queen of All Saints School from 2006 to 2015, managing educational programs for over 450 students, and Principal at Sacred Heart School from 1998 to 2006. Cathy began her career as a teacher in both elementary and special education at various school districts, starting with Ft Worth ISD in 1983. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis, a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University, graduating magna cum laude.
