John Cunningham-Elder is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in instructional excellence and school administration. Currently serving as the Director of Instructional Excellence at Catapult Learning since July 2022, John collaborates with field operators to implement academic objectives and supports regional instructional vision through data management. Previously, John held the position of Principal at Moving Everest Charter School, where a successful middle school expansion was orchestrated. Additional roles include Instructional Coach positions at Acero Schools and BetterLesson, as well as leadership roles at UP Education Network and Match Education, focusing on teacher development and curriculum implementation. With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Boston College and a background in English Language and Literature, John is dedicated to fostering student growth and enhancing instructional practices in educational settings.
