Michael Bond

Michael Bond has extensive experience in educational leadership and professional development, currently serving as a Professional Learning Facilitator at Catapult Learning since January 2016. In this role, Michael supports PreK-12 educators in the Department of Defense Education system with the implementation of College and Career Ready Standards, offering workshops and leadership coaching tailored to diverse educational needs. Prior to this, Michael held significant roles at AdvancED as a Lead Evaluator, Natrona County Schools in various leadership positions including Executive Director of Human Resources and Curriculum and Instruction, and as an Elementary Principal. Early career foundations included positions as a Special Education Teacher in both Natrona County Schools and Albuquerque Public Schools. Michael's academic credentials include degrees in Educational Leadership, Technology (M.Ed.), and Elementary/Special Education, supplemented by extensive practical experience in curriculum development, human resources, and special education services.
