Jonathan Thomas has over a decade of experience in IT and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Specialist - Tier II Support at CSRA Inc since July 2017, Jonathan has a strong background that includes a role as a Field Technician at CACI International Inc for a brief period in April 2019, and extensive experience as a Systems/Network Engineer at Elevate Technologies from 2004 to 2013. Prior to the current role, Jonathan also worked as an IT Technician at Catapult Technology, showcasing a diverse skill set across various IT disciplines.
