Benoit Croissant

Benoit Croissant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in sports technology, football, and media. Benoit started their career as a TV presenter at Nile Television Network in 2005. Benoit then played professional football for teams like Indianapolis Braves and Al Najma FC before joining Tampines Rovers FC as a professional football player from 2008 to 2012. Croissant also worked as a special projects executive at #RedCardConnect and as a director and co-founder at Elite Coach Pte.Ltd. | Swim to Fly ®. In 2013, they became the General Manager of Football Passion Pte. Ltd., where they managed the commercial program and focused on teaching a professional sport environment to coaches and young footballers. Benoit also worked as a football pundit for FOX Sports during the same period. In 2013, Croissant co-founded Number 9 Sports Asia Pte Ltd and served as a director. Benoit is currently working as the Commercial Director for the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Indian subcontinent at Catapult, a global leader in sports technology.

In 2008-2009, they attended the Federation Francaise de Football (FFF) and obtained a French state diploma (UEFA B) in Sport education and football coaching.

From 2010 to 2011, they attended Sheffield Hallam University and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sport Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Benoit Croissant has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Body Language Essentials for the Working Professional, Critical Thinking, 10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid, Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care, Sales Forecasting, "Design Thinking: Customer Experience," Media Relations Foundations, and Developing a Critical Thinking Mindset. These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Geoffrey Schwartz and frog. The certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023.
