Haley King

Haley King, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Haley is currently the Director of People & Culture at Catapult, where they work with elite sports teams to optimize performance. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Wellframe and in multiple roles at Criteo, including Sr. People Experience Manager and HR Generalist. Haley also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Altisource Labs and Burning Glass Technologies. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Assistant Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Brookline Dental Center and as a Business Development Representative at AG Salesworks. Haley has a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, organizational design, and employee relations.

Haley King, SHRM-CP, obtained their education from the University of Massachusetts, where they completed a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at John Cabot University.

In terms of additional certifications, Haley obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2021. Haley also obtained three more SHRM-CP certifications in January 2021. Additionally, Haley completed the "Embracing Unexpected Change" certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, the "How to Manage Your Manager" certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, and the "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" certification from LinkedIn in June 2020.

Furthermore, Haley completed the 60 Hour Accelerated Internal Coach Training Program from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in June 2019. Haley also obtained the Coaching for Engagement and Performance (CEP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in September 2018, as well as the DISCOVER Behaviour & motivators train-the-trainer certification from DISCOVER by mastermind in September 2018. Haley's education history also includes the completion of the HR Generalist Certification from HRcertification.com in November 2015.
