James Percy

James Percy has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and management. James currently works at Catapult as a Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing two platform initiatives. James'sprevious role was as an Engineering Manager at Redbubble, where they supported the engineers and product manager in delivering shared capabilities. Prior to that, they worked at PaperCut Software in various roles such as Principal Product Engineer, Stream Lead, Product Engineering Lead, and Delivery Manager. Before joining PaperCut, they worked at ZOAK Solutions, Bombora Technologies, Veda, Discovery, BBD, Healthbridge, and Momentum, holding roles such as Senior Developer, Iteration Manager, System Architect, Tech Lead, and Java Developer.
