Lori Swartz is an accomplished sports scientist with extensive experience in performance tracking and athlete monitoring. Currently serving as an Applied Sports Scientist and Customer Success Specialist at Catapult since November 2021, Lori oversees GPS tracking and heart rate monitoring to optimize athlete performance and reduce injuries. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Pittsburgh as a Sports Science Intern, and at William Penn Charter School as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, where Lori implemented injury prevention strategies and designed conditioning programs. Internship stints with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Temple University further honed skills in data analysis and athlete management. Lori holds a Master's degree in Sports Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Temple University, complemented by professional education at MIT.
