Mark Day

Mark Day is a Principal DevSecOps Engineer at Catapult, specializing in digital transformations with expertise in IAC technologies such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Terraform Cloud since November 2018. Prior to this, Mark served as the Interim Head of Infrastructure Operations at The Mill for a brief period in late 2018 and held the position of Director of Engineering at Rising Sun Pictures from September 2006 to June 2018, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the company's software and hardware strategy. Mark's earlier roles encompass leadership positions as Head of Systems and Systems Administrator at Sitecreators and co-founding the company, along with System Administrator roles at Collotype Labels, Imediat Communications, and Internet Broadcasters. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Software Development from TAFE SA, an RHCE in Systems Administration from Redhat Australia, and completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program in 2017.
