Pablo Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Product Support Manager at Catapult since June 2021, Pablo contributes to optimizing athletic performance through the integration of sports science and analytics. Prior to this role, Pablo held various positions at BGL Corporate Solutions from 2008 to 2021, including Head of Customer Experience, where the focus was on strengthening client relationships and effective internal communication. Earlier roles at BGL encompassed team leadership, product training, and support consultancy. Pablo began a career in retail as a second-in-charge at Coles, managing staff and maintaining product quality. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.
