Thomas Powers

Thomas Powers has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Operations at Catapult since October 2020. Before that, they worked at XOS Digital for 15 years, starting in August 2005 and holding the position of Director of Coaching Solutions Support until October 2020.

Thomas Powers attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering. In March 2022, they also obtained a certification in ZenDesk Access for Catapult Customer Success Specialists from LinkedIn.
