After transitioning from sports, they co-founded FutureProof Pro Ltd to help athletes prepare for life after their careers. Currently, Tom serves as the Global Head of Rugby at Catapult and is involved in multiple ventures, including Solarpadel and The FutureStep Programme, focusing on enhancing opportunities within sports and business. Their expertise in business development and passion for sports are evident in their roles and projects aimed at empowering former athletes.
