Dev Johnson

Dev Johnson is a seasoned bar consultant and operations/beverage manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. From 2008 to 2020, Dev served as the principal bartender at Employees Only and has been self-employed as a bar/cocktail consultant since 2016. Dev also worked with Liquor Lab from 2018 to 2023 as a host and presenter for cocktail creation. Currently, Dev is the beverage manager at Catch Hospitality Group, a position they began in 2024. Dev's beverage knowledge is complemented by a longstanding background, having started their career as a bartender at Chaya Venice from 1995 to 2006.
