Alison Alexander

Alison has a passion for bringing about change. She started her career at 17 as an advocate for children in care, as a child in care herself. Since then she has acquired three and half decades of experience in managing and leading public services, with the sole purpose of changing lives. Alison has served as a Director of Children’s Services, Director of Adult and Health Services, and CEO at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
