Isabel Jones is currently the Founder of SnowCone.Social, hosting snowboarding social sessions designed with women in mind. Previously, Isabel served as a Development Manager in the Partnerships team at Catch22, securing funding and managing relationships with corporate funders to support socially disadvantaged individuals. Isabel’s earlier experience includes working as a Contract Consultant at Search Consultancy, where they recruited for customer service positions, and as a Snowboard Instructor at Chill Factore, teaching beginners to advanced snowboarders. Isabel earned a degree with a 2:1 from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011.
