Nansi Brown

Nansi Brown is currently the Head of Service Delivery at Catch22, having started in this role in 2025. Previously, Nansi served as Operations Manager at Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care from 2023 to 2025, and worked as a Hub Manager at Shaw Trust from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Nansi held various positions at the Department for Work and Pensions from 1987 to 2001, where they advanced from Clerical Officer to Higher Executive Officer. Nansi began their education at West Hatch High School and continued at Bennett Memorial Girls School and West Kent College.
