Austin Spivey

Austin Spivey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and customer education. Currently serving as the Operations and Engagement Lead for Customer and Partner Education at Braze since May 2021, Austin has received several awards, including the CBO Organization All Star Award and the Braze Learning's Culture Carrier Award. Austin's history includes roles as a Senior Operations Specialist and Instructional Designer at Braze, an Instructional Design Consultant at Ascella Technologies, and a Senior Instructional Designer at TechChange. Additionally, Austin volunteers with Catchafire, contributing significant value to nonprofit projects.
