Donna Michael

Donna Michael is an experienced marketing strategist currently providing market strategy consultations to non-profit organizations at Catchafire since June 2023. Previously, Donna served as the Welcome Center Team Lead at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts and worked as a Marketing and Sales Consultant at M Associates. Donna's extensive background includes roles in marketing and business development at EnCube Labs and CSDP Corporation, where leadership in marketing activities and sales presentations was emphasized. Additional experience includes consulting for branding and marketing as the Principal of an independent practice, as well as significant positions at High Tech Connect, Degree Controls, Vette Corp, and Zatora Software, demonstrating a strong track record in global marketing communications and organizational effectiveness. Donna holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts/Journalism from Northeastern University, completed a graduate program in Management at Fitchburg State College, and obtained a certificate in Writing and Editing from NYU School of Continuing Education.
