Kathy Brady

Kathy Brady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, marketing strategy, and business development across various industries. Currently, Kathy is an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council since May 2022 and has been with Catchafire since November 2017, where Kathy has held several key positions including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Catchafire, Kathy served as EVP of eCommerce, Registry & Guest Services at XO Group Inc. and CEO at vente-privee USA, where significant revenue growth and cost reduction were achieved. Earlier roles include Head of Business Operations at Patch.com and multiple positions at NBC Universal, where Kathy played a pivotal role in rebranding and launching digital properties. Kathy's career began in investment banking as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Kathy holds dual degrees in Finance and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
