Nikita S. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, development, project management, and finance. Currently serving as an NVT in Education-School Programs at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and as a Development Apprentice at New York City Center, Nikita focuses on member stewardship and institutional grant writing. In the emergency management sector, Nikita holds the position of Emergency Project Manager at the International Rescue Committee and is a Greyshirt with Team Rubicon, leading operations for Afghani evacuee resettlement and responding to disasters. Nikita also contributes as the Board President for San Francisco Youth Theatre, supporting youth development through the arts. Previous roles include Strategy Consultant for Pop House Sweden and various finance-related positions at McKinsey & Company, where Nikita managed financial strategies and operations over a span of nearly 15 years.
