Sandra Oliver, PCC, CMC, CTM, serves as the Leadership Development Faculty Lead at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibility includes leading a global learning and development team to deliver impactful leadership programs aligned with the business strategy Integrator 2030. Additionally, Sandra operates as an Executive Coach, providing over 500 hours of coaching for various management levels and individual contributors. Through Oliver Consulting, LLC, Sandra has coached over 200 clients in leadership skills, public speaking, and team collaboration. As a Professional Development Coach for Catchafire, Sandra has contributed to nonprofit projects, providing structured coaching to advance their missions.
