Conor Rood has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Internal Wholesaler at Putnam Investments for two years before joining W. P. Carey Inc. as an Internal Wholesaler in 2017. Later in 2017, they became the Vice President of Business Development at AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, where they led all sales and marketing efforts. In 2020, Conor joined iCapital Network as an Assistant Vice President through their acquisition of factorE, where they held the position of Vice President of Business Development. Conor then moved to Totum Risk in 2021 as the Director of Sales, and currently holds the same position at Catchlight, where their role involves uncovering valuable insights on RIA's prospects for financial management.
Conor Rood attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. In 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at the Universidad del Norte, where they studied International Business and Spanish.
