Wilbur Swan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Before that, they worked as the Director of Product Marketing at ArsDigita, a software company focused on collaboration applications that was later sold to Red Hat.

Wilbur's earliest work experience dates back to 1997 when they served as the President of Direct Marketing at Esprit, where they launched the company's direct-to-consumer marketing and sales channel.

Wilbur Swan has a strong educational background in business and economics. Wilbur earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Williams College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from both The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, attending from 1993 to 1995, and the London Business School in 1995.
