Batuhan T. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 when they founded and became Chairman of UITSEC Security Technologies Group, where they were responsible for the S.O.C. In 2009, they became the Chapter Lead for ISSA Turkey Chapter. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Lecturer at Kadir Has Üniversitesi. In 2016, they founded and became Lead of both HackIstanbul and 81 İlde 81 Siber Kahraman. In 2017, they became the CEO and Founder of CatchProbe Intelligence Technologies. In 2018, they became Co-Founder, Partner, Vice President, and CEO of InterProbe Information Technologies. In 2021, they became President of Eurasian Cyber Security Union Federation and Co-Founder and Partner of BrillHub Defence, Space and Intelligence Industry. Additionally, in 2015 they became a member of the Information Technology Working Group for TÜSİAD.

Batuhan T. has studied Computer Science at Seattle University's Department of Computer Science and has obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from Teesside University.
