Benjamin R.

Benjamin R. has a diverse work experience in the real estate investment management industry. Benjamin started their career in 2008 at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they worked in research. In 2008, they moved to Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management as a Research Analyst. Benjamin joined Bouwfonds Investment Management in 2012, where they held roles as a Senior Research Analyst and later as a Senior Research Manager until 2015. In 2016, Benjamin joined Catella Real Estate AG as a Senior Research Manager for European Residential, and in the same year, they also joined Catella Residential Investment Management as a Fund Manager. Throughout their time at Catella, they took on various roles such as Deputy Fund Manager, Fondsmanager, and Prokurist. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Head of Fund Management at Catella Residential Investment Management, starting from July 2020.

Benjamin R. pursued their education chronologically, starting with their studies at the University of Münster from 2001 to 2008. There, they obtained a "MSc" degree in Geography, Politics, and Sociology. Later on, from 2014 to 2015, they attended the Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI) to earn a diploma in Real Estate Economics.
