Donna Stephens possesses extensive experience in shopping centre management, currently holding positions at Joint Security Services and APAM Ltd since May 2017. In addition, Donna has served as a Regional Operations Manager for both companies since the same date. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Post Office Ltd and Office Manager at SMARTech energy. Donna's career began at G Plan Upholstery Limited, where responsibilities included supporting the Transport Manager and HR Officer in various capacities. Educational qualifications include a Degree in NVQ Level 2 Manual Handling Trainer from the University of Bath, along with studies at Frome Community College and Norton Radstock College.
