Erwin Ensing is currently the Director at Catent and has been in this role since 2022. Prior to this, Erwin worked as a Group Teacher at Vivente-groep from 2008 to 2022 and served as Chair of the Participation Council at KBS de Boxem from 2016 to 2022. Erwin was also a member of the Management Team at CBS de Ark between 2017 and 2022. Erwin holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Innovation in Children and Education from Katholieke PABO Zwolle, which was completed in 2023, and is currently pursuing a certification as a School Leader.
