Roderick Dijk has a diverse educational and professional background, having served in various teaching and leadership roles. From March 2012 to March 2015, Roderick held the position of Bestuurslid at Zwolsche Roei- en Zeilvereniging, contributing as Commissaris Jeugd & Junioren and acting as chair from November 2013 to November 2014.
