Arantxa Burchell

Head Chef

Arantxa Burchell is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. From October 2014 to June 2018, Arantxa served as Chef De Partie at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai, contributing to the pre-opening team of the multi-cuisine outlet FEAST. Following this role, Arantxa worked at Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao as Chef De Partie in a fine dining Portuguese restaurant overseen by Michelin Chef Henrique Al Paso. Subsequent positions include Sous Chef at Tattersalls Hotel, Senior Sous Chef at Novotel Hotels, and Executive Sous Chef at Accor. Arantxa is currently Head Chef at Cater Care, having taken on this role in November 2025. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Sophia College and a Bachelor in Hospitality and Catering Technology from Rizvi College Of Hotel Management.
