Sam Gray has extensive experience in the catering and event planning industry. Sam started their career as the Manager at Banquets by Brigante in 1980, where they gained valuable experience in managing events. In 1985, they became the Owner of La Pasta-Ria Ristorante, where they further developed their culinary skills and business acumen until 1995. In that year, they founded Catered by Design, a full-service catering and event planning company serving the Chicago metro area and surrounding suburbs. As the Owner of Catered by Design, Sam has built a strong reputation and secured preferred catering status at prestigious venues such as The Willis Tower and The Anita Dee Yachts. Their creative and friendly team of professionals brings events to life with sumptuous food presented in spectacular fashion.
