Fred Stackley

Fred Stackley is a Strategy Manager at Caterpillar, where they focus on driving operational excellence through Lean principles and innovative solutions. With a background as a 6 Sigma Black Belt, Fred has successfully led teams to achieve significant improvements in safety, quality, and cost. Prior to their current role, Fred held various positions at Caterpillar, including Value Stream Manager and Strategy Manager, while also gaining experience as a Supplier Preparation & Development Intern at Toyota North America. Fred is currently pursuing a BS at Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
